Holding the Space Sessions involve holding the space for a focus person by only responding to what the focus person is saying by asking honest, open questions.
Holding the Space Sessions are a modified version of the Clearness Committee. Instead of a two hour process where there is only one focus person, Holding the Space Sessions are held for one hour with 2 to 5 people taking turns being the focus person.
